Chandak Hospital Katni was established at 1980, in a rented tiled house over the 94/1 Azad Chowk, and in the year 1990 the area named as Chandak Chowk because of the popularity and Trust of patients in hospital.

The bed strength was 5 in 1980 and over the years it has been increased to the present strength of 30, on an average more than 150 patients stay in the hospital as in patients including the floor patients.

The hospital though located in a prime location of katni, Madhya Pradesh, provides a very calm environment inside
